The Boxster Spyder is truly a driver's car. Porsche has taken "systems engineering" to new heights with the Spyder. A spread sheet evaluation can't begin to tell you what a great car this is. While the Spyder clearly wasn't intended to be something for everyone, it most certainly can be everything to someone.
Not having pushed a car recently, the Spyder begs to be driven. It actually makes commuting fun. If anyone thinks Porsche forgot how to build a true sports car, drive the Spyder. It will connect you directly and instantly to the driving experience as it was intended. Rolling a tire over a quarter, one could discern whether or not it was heads or tails. At the same time, the ride is not punishing and the top is liveable. The Spyder's beauty is much more than skin deep.

The 15th Annual Keels & Wheels Was a Hit!
On Saturday, May 1st & Sunday, May 2nd we attended the 15th Annual Keels & Wheels Concours d’ Elegance, which we were the official sponsor for. As always, the event was a major success! Not only did we have a blast, but it gave us a great opportunity to mingle with some of our valued customers and potential customers alike!

At the recent Lone Star Region Porsche Club of America (LSRPCA) Club Race, I had the opportunity to visit with Rodger Gay while checking out the Porsche models on display along with dozens and dozens of other Porsche fanatics. As a member of the national Executive Council for the PCA, I visit Club Races all over the United States and Canada. It is easy to see that the connection between a PCA Region and a specific Porsche Dealership is a win-win situation. The Lone Star Region, with over 1,000 primary members, is one of the largest of the 139 PCA Regions. It is obvious they are very proud to have Rodger as a member of the LSR Board and to have Porsche of North Houston as an advertiser in their newsletter. Seeing Porsche of North Houston as the premier sponsor of the Texas Two-Step Club Race was the icing on the cake!
